Standard hot air balloon flights use 20 + 1, 24 + 1, 28 + 1 person baskets. This flight will have a maximum of 21, 25, 29 people with the pilot. Our amazing trip to Cappadocia. We visited Turkey in February and were in Cappadocia from 12th to 15th. We were meant to be on a balloon flight yesterday that was unfortunately canceled due to weather. Even though we had all eaten their breakfast in the balloon area they apologized and we went on our way. All the balloons were fully booked but Erkan managed to get us a flight the next day due to a last-minute cancellation. Balloon flights are very famous and very very busy in the area. Immediately, they are fully booked up with high prices. Our balloon ride was amazing on next day morning. The weather was perfect and we were in the air to watch the sun come up with hundreds of balloons around. Our air pilot was incredible. He flew flawlessly, had perfect English, and gave us heaps of information about the area from the sky. He landed the air balloon in a field perfectly upright. Loved the whole experience in Cappadocia. the balloon flight was such a surreal experience. They picked us from our hotel, arranged for light breakfast in their office, and later took us to the area of balloons. The air balloon flight was so smooth and memorable.
