You will be transferred to the first location of the Istanbul city tour. Then, the tour starts.
- The first destination will be Ancient Hippodrome. This area is located in the city center. This structure has been used by the Byzantines as the center of sportive activities in the past for many years. The region also has structures such as Kaiser Wilhelm II Fountain, Egyptian Obelisk, Serpent Column and Constantine Porphyrogenitus.
- The second destination is the Blue Mosque. This structure is quite magnificent and has a total of 6 minarets. The building will be an excellent destination especially for those who are interested in the history of religions.
- The third destination is the Hagai Sophia (The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque). The museum is an area used as a church in the past. Firstly, I will like to commend Toursce for its customer service. We initially booked a 2 days tour of Istanbul, then we were told that we had to pay extra hotel pick up and drop off fees due to the fact that we were in a far hotel on the Asia side of town. We requested a cancellation and refund and that was done promptly and courteously. We then moved to a city center hotel and we booked the best of Istanbul tour privately. Our tour guide was so nice and an excellent guy all around. He was punctual at the meeting at the hotel lobby and met us with a smile. We had a wonderful day in the city with him. The guided local tour was informative, at our own pace, and with the required humor. We skipped the lines and were given vip treatment at the sites. He’s so deep knowledge of Istanbul and his passion for what he does is outstanding. We strongly recommend this tour company for your Istanbul tours. We were in Istanbul for a conference and were able to take in several outings. Erkan was so accommodating about working around our schedule. We got off at a quaint fishing village on the Europe shore, had the most fabulous lunch with a view of Bosphorus, and toured the local shops.
