Our travel was entirely based on our desire to visit Gobekli Tepe and it does not disappoint here. Our travel consultant will be keen to include Harran as part of the tour. It was fascinating, and we enjoyed a walk with the local guide, but you might need to be very interested in deep history to find Harran satisfying. This is why we come to Sanliurfa for!

We were honestly a little nervous about traveling alone to Turkey but very happy we did because it was the best trip of my and my wife’s life. Gobeklitepe is incredible and in my opinion, the most important archaeological site happening in the world right now. If you do not have a long vacation in Turkey then you can book a daily tour to Gobeklitepe and Sanliurfa from Istanbul. I highly recommend staying a night in Sanliurfa and hiring a private tour and private guide if you are unfamiliar with the area/history or just want to have a richer experience. Thank you, Tuna, from Toursce.com, he did a good job and organize our trip there from Istanbul. Our tour guide was very professional and he went above and beyond all my expectations. He is a local person in the area from Sanliurfa, speaks excellent English, and is one of the truly best human beings we have ever met in Turkey. Also, the driver was so warm and kind. The guide also spent the rest of the day giving me an old city walking tour of Sanliurfa, explaining the city’s ancient history and mythology. All the travel arrangements are very smooth for 2 days in Sanliurfa. We felt very safe there. Highly recommend going to Gobekli Tepe and spending some time in Sanliurfa city getting to know the culture and taking in the beautiful atmosphere. The best way to do this is to just contact Mr. Tuna from Toursce tour company. They will do the rest of the arrangements and will be reasonably priced and worth every penny. Eat delicious food, and have an amazing time! Thanks for everything.

It was great to visit the oldest known temple on earth. It was the oldest temple ever discovered on the planet dating back to 9600 B.C. Although they are a bunch of T-shaped carved rocks, they have some interesting artistic features and an incredibly deep history. Necessary to tour the sites with a local guide because there is a lot to see and learn here. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and active. Thank you very much for all the travel team.

Gobeklitepe is the oldest human settlement on Earth! Even if difficult to find an available tour to Gobeklitepe, not at all promoted we insisted to arrive here and the effort was rewarded. Not many agencies organize tours to Gobeklitepe in Turkey. We were lucky and found this agency online. A great archaeology museum, very modern, and the archeological sites and the pool of Abraham as well. Verry strange and full of meanings place in Turkey! Was it indeed the first astronomical observatory in the world?? Fascinating, and the sites are well presented by Turkey Tourism. Recommended this day trip from Istanbul.
