An awesome display of many eons of Troy in this ancient city. To view a site that has uncovered over 4000 years of history is mind-boggling. I am sure that the construction of the various walls and ramps will provide much insight into a historic society’s engineering ability. While the water has receded in the past century or three, that is easy to imagine how Troy defended its city against numerous attacks, finally succumbing to trickery.

Excellent tour package to discover the Troy and Gallipoli sites in Turkey. That was a nice trip with all the arrangements, guiding, touring in each site, hotel, and all transportations.
