The ToursCE affiliate program is available only to approved professional partners, such as travel agencies, hotels, accommodation providers and similar tourism businesses.

Private customers, general website visitors and accounts that are not approved as a professional partner are not automatically eligible to earn affiliate commissions. ToursCE may approve, refuse, suspend or close an affiliate account where necessary to prevent misuse, incorrect use, suspicious activity, duplicate accounts or violations of our terms.

Affiliate commissions are not final at the moment a booking is created. A commission becomes available only after the booking is confirmed, paid, completed and not cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back or identified as invalid.

If a booking is changed, partially refunded, cancelled, marked as fraudulent, or affected by a payment dispute or chargeback, ToursCE may reduce, cancel, reverse or correct the related affiliate commission and wallet balance. Commission rules, eligible products and campaign conditions may change by product, date, market or partner type.

The minimum amount for an affiliate withdrawal request is €100. Withdrawal requests below €100 cannot be submitted or processed.

If your balance is below €100, you may keep the amount in your affiliate wallet and use it toward eligible tour purchases on our website, unless otherwise stated. ToursCE may require account verification, correct business details, valid payment information and any legally required tax or invoice documents before approving a withdrawal.

Similar Questions

After an eligible affiliate withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, ToursCE will start the payment process within 15 business days.

This period covers ToursCE's internal review and payment instruction process. After the payment is sent, the time required by banks, intermediary banks, payment providers, currency conversion systems or the receiving account may vary.

All bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, payment provider fees, currency conversion costs and similar transaction expenses related to the withdrawal may be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount. These costs may vary depending on the bank, country, currency, payment method and receiving account. ToursCE is not responsible for delays, deductions, intermediary bank fees, incorrect bank details, rejected transfers or additional processing time caused by banks or payment providers after the payment instruction has been issued.
