You have two ways to get a personalized quote: the live calculator on every tour page, or a written quote from our team by email or WhatsApp — usually within 1 hour during office hours.

To prepare your quote we need four details:

  • Tour and dates: which tour page, preferred start date, number of nights.
  • Travelers: number of adults, children and their ages, infants.
  • Hotel category: standard, middle, high or luxury.
  • Options: hot air balloon, private tour, extra nights, diet or accessibility needs.

Discounts apply to the tour portion only. Domestic flight tickets are charged at the airline's child / infant fare, which the system includes automatically.

Tip: Enter each child's exact age during booking — different age bands have different discounts. If you book one age and the passport shows another, the difference is settled before the tour starts.

Tip: If you travel in shoulder season (March–May, September–November), single supplements drop noticeably. Ask us for a quote for your specific dates before booking.

Tip: Take a clear photo of each passport's photo page and send all of them in one message — it's faster and avoids transcription mistakes. If a name was spelled wrong on a flight ticket, correction fees are charged by the airline, not by us.
