Yes. Domestic round-trip flights between Istanbul and your Turkish destinations (Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Izmir for Ephesus, Antalya) are included in most multi-day tour packages. We book, ticket and e-deliver them to you.

  • Route segments included: IST ↔ NAV/ASR (Cappadocia), IST ↔ DNZ (Pamukkale), IST ↔ ADB (Ephesus/Izmir), IST ↔ AYT (Antalya).
  • Flight class: Economy with 15 kg checked luggage + 8 kg cabin allowance on full-service carriers.
  • Ticketing timing: 5–7 days before departure once all passport details are confirmed.
  • Tour without flights option: If you prefer to book your own flights, select "no flights" on the tour page and we deduct the airfare from your total.

Tip: Send passport details as soon as you book, not later. We ticket based on the names we have on file; corrections after ticketing are charged at airline fare-difference rates, not by us.

No. International flights to and from Turkey are your responsibility. You book the flight that best fits your home city, schedule and budget.

We coordinate everything once you land at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW):

  • Send us your flight number, arrival date and time as soon as your international flight is booked.
  • We schedule your airport transfer and the start of your tour around your arrival time.
  • If our schedule has flexibility, we try to start your tour the next morning so you can rest.

We can recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead for best international fares. Istanbul connects to 300+ cities, so direct options are usually available.

Tip: Arriving a day before your tour starts is worth the extra night. Jet lag is real, and Istanbul rewards even one extra day with Sultanahmet at sunset or a rooftop dinner before the schedule begins.

Similar Questions

We use only Turkey's major scheduled airlines, never fringe carriers:

  • Turkish Airlines (THY): Full-service flag carrier, 15 kg checked + 8 kg cabin, snacks and drinks on board.
  • AJet (formerly AnadoluJet): Turkish Airlines' low-cost subsidiary, 15 kg checked + 8 kg cabin.
  • Pegasus Airlines: Low-cost, typically 15 kg checked + 8 kg cabin.
  • SunExpress: Turkish Airlines / Lufthansa joint venture, mainly used on coastal routes.

Which airline you fly depends on live schedule and your tour's timing. We prioritise the combination that gives you the most rest on arrival night and the earliest start on tour days.

Tip: Loyalty points on Turkish Airlines (Miles&Smiles) and Pegasus (BolBol) can be collected on these tickets. Share your loyalty number when you send passport details and we'll add it to the booking before ticketing.

Similar Questions

We book early flights on purpose: they unlock a full tour day at your destination instead of spending half the day in the air.

  • Typical outbound: IST 06:00–07:30. You land at ~08:30 and are at your first tour stop by 10:00.
  • Typical return: Destination 18:00–20:00. You land back in Istanbul at ~21:30, enough time to reach your hotel and sleep.
  • Why not midday? Midday flights would lose the morning's key attractions (Göreme Open Air Museum opens 08:30; the Blue Mosque is best before 10:00 crowds).

If you prefer a later flight despite losing tour time, tell us and we rebuild the schedule around it — possible but not recommended for shorter trips.

Tip: Go to bed by 22:00 the night before and pre-arrange the early hotel wake-up call. The driver arrives at your hotel ~3 hours before flight time (150 min for airport, 90 min for check-in and boarding).

Similar Questions

After you clear passport control and collect your luggage, walk into the arrivals hall. Your driver will be standing at the meeting point holding a sign with your name or the toursce logo.

  • Istanbul Airport (IST): Meeting point is outside customs in the International Arrivals hall, near Gate F.
  • Sabiha Gökçen (SAW): Meeting point is at the domestic/international arrivals exit, near the taxi rank.
  • Cappadocia airports (NAV and ASR): Small airports — the driver stands right outside the single arrivals exit.

We send the driver's name, phone number and photo to you on WhatsApp the day before your flight, so you can recognise them and call them directly if you have any issue.

Tip: If you somehow can't find the driver after 10 minutes, do not leave the terminal. Call the number we sent — and if no answer, call our 24/7 emergency line at +90 533 554 85 55. We track every pickup in real time.

Standard allowance on domestic Turkish flights included with your tour:

  • Turkish Airlines / AJet / Pegasus Airlines / SunExpress: 15 kg checked + 8 kg cabin.
  • Cabin size: 55 × 40 × 23 cm, one personal item (small bag or laptop case).

Excess baggage fees are paid directly to the airline at check-in — typically €8–15 per kilo over the limit. For long trips we can pre-purchase extra allowance at a lower rate if you tell us in advance.

  • +5 kg pre-purchase: €15–25 per flight segment.
  • +10 kg pre-purchase: €30–45 per flight segment.
  • Sports/special equipment: Skis, golf bags, diving gear — need 48 hours pre-declaration; fees vary by airline.

Tip: Pack a small overnight bag with 24 hours of clothes and essentials, in case the airline's checked luggage arrives a flight late. Domestic baggage mis-handling is rare but does happen; an overnight bag makes day one smooth either way.
