The person I spoke to on WhatsApp was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, we could not hold the event because the balloons did not fly due to the weather conditions. It wasn’t the company’s fault. The driver did not speak English but was very interested. This is a watching and photography tour, we did not expect it with the guide too. It wasn’t even included. It was nice to watch the sunrise in the valley and take pictures. The important thing was to feel this atmosphere. If I could do this with balloons it would be perfect for me but even that fascinated me. Sometimes I think we should go back and do this tour with balloons.
