Woke up at 4am and honestly it was the best alarm Ive ever set. The pickup was right on time at 4:30, they drove us to the launch field and you could see all these balloons being inflated in the dark. Once we took off and the sun started coming up over the fairy chimneys I literally had tears in my eyes. The pilot was so skilled, dipping us into the valleys and then back up for panoramic views. Champagne toast at the end was a lovely touch. Best hour of my entire trip to Turkey.
