Upon your arrival at the airport, we’ll welcome you with your name sign. Then, you will be met by your tour guide, and you will be given brief information about today. Afterward, transferred to the ancient building, which is Gobeklitepe.
- Gobeklitepe
Upon arrival, transfer directly to Göbekli Tepe—the world’s oldest temple complex, dating back over 12,000 years. Wander among its T-shaped pillars carved with animal reliefs and learn how early hunter-gatherers created this sacred site. After a few hours of guided exploration, enjoy a relaxed lunch at a nearby local restaurant.
- Mount Nemrut
Following lunch, embark on a scenic 2.5–3 hour drive through rolling plains and mountain passes to reach the trailhead. A 40-minute moderate hike leads you to the summit, where King Antiochus I’s colossal stone heads and royal tumulus stand. Your guide will illuminate the Commagene Kingdom’s history, the symbolic inscriptions, and the fusion of Greek, Persian, and Armenian influences that make Nemrut so unique. Enjoy ample photo time before descending for your return transfer.
Please note: the summit trek involves uneven terrain and is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
Once your tour ends with us, we will transfer you to Adiyaman Airport.
