- They refuse to confirm our reservations (even if we ask for 5-6 months later).
- They increase rates last minute or refuse the reservation.
Thus, from today onward, customers should know before booking a hot air balloon tour.
ANY BALLOON RESERVATION DONE THROUGH US IS NOT GUARANTEED EVEN IF PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED.
So, no agency can give you a guarantee for the hot air balloon flight. (Including us)
What do we do in this case?
Firstly, if you want hot air balloon flight in Ihlara Valley (the same price, the same service, just the landscape is different), there are availabilities. We will ask for your decision about it. If you want to fly in Ihlara Valley, we will confirm it. (We suggest you join the flights in Ihlara Valley without waiting for the balloon union’s confirmation.)
If you want to fly around Göreme-Uçhisar area, we can add your names on the waiting list. We will confirm their balloon flights 1 day before the flight. If your balloon is not confirmed, we will refund 100% of the balloon fee to your credit card.
What do we suggest?
You may think that finding a spot for a hot air balloon when you go to Cappadocia. Probably (90%) you won’t find it. That’s why we suggest you join the flights in Ihlara Valley.
