Set my alarm for 3:15am and questioned every life choice on the way to the airport. But the second we landed in Cappadocia and I saw those rock formations from the bus window I forgot about the sleep deprivation. Devrent Valley shapes are so bizzare, Pasabag chimneys are massive, and the Goreme panorama is incredible. Slept like a baby on the evening flight back to Istanbul. Worth every tired minute.
