Plane landed at Nevsehir and guide Tuna was right there with a big smile. Within 20 minutes we were already at our first fairy chimney viewpoint. The efficency of starting from the airport is amazing - zero time wasted. The Goreme cave churches had original frescoes that still had vivid colors. Devrent Valley looked like another planet. Lunch in a cave restaurant was a fun touch.

Flew in just for the day and it was absolutley worth it. Guide Leyla was waiting right at arrivals and we hit the ground running. Cappadocia is genuinely stuning - the rock formations are massive and bizarre in the best way possible. The Goreme Open Air Museum was the standout for me, those ancient cave churches are fasinating. Uchisar Castle panorama was gorgeous for photos. Lunch included at a nice local spot. Dropped back at the airport feeling like I just had one of the best days of my life. 10/10 for anyone flying through Nevsehir!!
