Here the main destinations that are included by the tour:

  1. Marble streets: Our first destination will be Marble Streets. When you think of a city, first of all, the streets of that city will come to your mind. The ancient city of Ephesus also had remarkable, aesthetic streets. There were various sculptures on the sides of the glittering streets made of marble. Sometimes there was trade on the side of the street. Especially the human traffic in the city would be on these streets. That’s why Marble Street is so important. It is very important to see this street in order to understand the social structure of the city. Taking a walk in this street will make you very happy.
  2. The Odeon: Here the second destination: The Odeon. To understand the social life of a city, it is necessary to understand how people spend their free time. For this, you must visit the Odeon in the ancient city of Ephesus. At the Odeon, many religious ceremonies were held. There were also concerts and theaters for entertainment. The Odeon was large enough to accommodate 24,000 people at the same time. This theater has a unique architectural structure. This theater was built during the Hellenistic period. It has been damaged depending on usage and various disasters. Later, Emperor Claudius restored the building and built it. Between A.D. 98 and 117, the theater in the ancient city of Ephesus has reached its present state.
  3. The Agora: The third destination included Ephesus Day Tour from Istanbul is the Agora. It is considered the political center of the city, was in a sense the place of privileged individuals. Here, many decisions about the city were made under a semi-democratic system. Citizens would meet at the Agora to discuss the city’s problems. Agora is one of the most important symbols of a modern city. Agora as the city square is very large and magnificent in Ephesus.
  4. The Temple of Hadrian: Built-in 138 AD, this temple tells us a lot about the religious beliefs of the inhabitants. The temple was inlaid by P. Quintilius. Emperor Hadrian is a very holy individual for Athens, and this temple was built for this individual. There are various human and food figures inside this temple. These figures give us important information about the viewpoint of the people of Ephesus to death. Emperor Hadrian, one of the Five of Good Emperors, is also well-known by Niccolò Machiavelli. You must see this temple.
  5. Temple Of Artemis: Would you like to meet one of the seven wonders of the world? The Temple of Artemis in the ancient city of Ephesus is included in this list. Unfortunately, only a few stones remain. But you will still be amazed when you see the estimated completion of the structure in the virtual tools such as a computer or your smartphone.
