Perfect for a short trip when you dont have much time. Flew from Istanbul in the morning and by afternoon I was exploring fairy chimneys. Our guide Tuna was really engaging and knew so much about the region. The overnight in the cave hotel was such a cool experiece. Flew back next day feeling like I'd seen so much. The flexible departure was exactly what I needed becuase my schedule was tight.

Flexible flight saved our whole trip honestly. We had a morning cooking class in Istanbul that we didnt want to cancel so we picked the 2pm flight to Cappadocia. Arrived around 3:30, shuttle to the cave hotel, had the evening free. Walked around Goreme, found a rooftop spot with tea and a view of the valley. Next morning did the balloon as an add on (SO worth it) then straight into the Red Tour. Devrent Valley rocks are wild, theres one that legit looks like a dolphin. Pasabag chimneys were massive. Back in Istanbul by 9pm. The whole thing just worked.
