I was worried because it was our first time in Turkey and Cappadocia is quite rural, but ToursCE took care of everything. They have a WhatsApp to contact them that they respond to very quickly. The hotel was a very nice cave hotel, the tours were nice and overall we had a great time. The balloon ride was exceptional. I recommend going for 3-4 days if possible to give yourself enough days to have a greater chance of being able to ride the balloon. Keep in mind that by law the rides can only happen on sunny days.
