the treasury with the Topkapi dagger was amazing. Can was the perfect guide for this tour. Sultanahmet area has so much history in one place. we didnt have to worry about anything. Go book it!!

Ok the jewels in the Treasury section are on another level. The Topkapi Dagger, the Spoonmaker's Diamond, and all the emerald encrusted weapons were insane. Our guide Erkan explained the history of each piece and it made everything so much more interesting. The Sultans' Tombs at the beginning set the mood nicely. Hagia Irene from outside was also cool. The palace grounds have amazing Bosphorus views too. Really glad we did the afternoon option so we could sleep in and still see everything.

I'm not usually a palace guy but Topkapi genuinely surprised me. The Islamic Relics section was fascinating, they have some really significant artifacts. The Treasury was obviously the star with all the gold and jewels. Our guide Leyla brought the history to life, she told us about the sultans who lived here and the intrigues of the Ottoman court. The views of the Bosphorus from the palace are a bonus. Worth the afternoon for sure.

El Palacio Topkapi es impresionante y tiene mucho que ver. La seccion del Tesoro es increible, los diamantes y las esmeraldas son enormes. Las Reliquias Islamicas tambien fueron muy interesantes. El problema fue la cantidad de gente, especialmente en la seccion del Tesoro donde habia colas largas. La guia fue buena pero a veces era dificil escucharla por el ruido. Aun asi vale la pena visitarlo, solo hay que tener paciencia.

The afternoon start time (1pm) was great because we used the morning to explore on our own and then had a guided deep dive into Topkapi. The Sultans' Tombs were eerie and beautiful. Hagia Irene is an interesting building you can only see from outside but still worth it. The palace itself is massive and having a guide like Mustafa to explain everything saved us from just wandering around confused. The Bosphorus views from the terrace were stunning. Finished around 5pm. Ngl this was a highlight of our trip.
