   Hotel pickup from central Istanbul.

   Pickup is arranged from centrally located Istanbul hotels. Because the vehicle collects guests from different neighborhoods, your exact pickup time depends on your hotel location. After the final pickup, the group departs Istanbul for Bursa in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus.

   Your confirmed pickup time will be advised according to your hotel location.

2. Morning

   Walk through UNESCO-listed Cumalikizik Village.

   The first major visit is Cumalikizik, one of the best-preserved early Ottoman rural settlements on the slopes of Uludag. Walk along narrow stone-paved lanes between timber, stone and adobe houses, and see how the village formed part of the rural system that supported early Ottoman Bursa.

   Comfortable walking shoes are recommended because the historic streets are uneven.

3. Late Morning

   Visit Tophane and the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi.

   Continue to Tophane, one of Bursa's most symbolic historical viewpoints. Visit the tombs associated with Osman Gazi, founder of the Ottoman dynasty, and his son Orhan Gazi, the ruler who conquered Bursa. The setting connects the city's panoramic landscape directly with the beginning of Ottoman state history.

   The tombs are active heritage and religious sites; respectful dress and behavior are expected.

4. Midday

   Enter Bursa Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami).

   Visit Bursa's monumental Ulu Cami, commissioned by Sultan Bayezid I and completed around 1399-1400. Its twenty-domed roof, monumental calligraphy, interior fountain and vast prayer hall make it one of the defining works of early Ottoman architecture.

   Visitor access may be adjusted during prayer times and religious services.

   Experience Koza Han as a living Silk Road monument.

   Walk into Koza Han, built for Sultan Bayezid II in 1490-1491 and historically linked to Bursa's silk trade. The visit focuses on the architecture, courtyard, caravanserai tradition and the city's commercial history. Free time is short and there is no obligation to shop.

   Koza Han is included for historical and cultural value, not as a forced shopping stop.

6. Afternoon

   Lunch with Bursa's famous kebab tradition.

   Take a lunch break at a local restaurant and taste Bursa's best-known kebab tradition. This is a practical pause before the mountain section of the day.

   Drinks are not included.

7. Afternoon

   Ride the Uludag cable car round trip.

   Finish the sightseeing route with a round-trip cable car journey on Uludag. The cabins rise above forested slopes and open wide views over Bursa, giving the tour a scenic finale without replacing its historical focus. The round-trip cable car ticket is included in the tour price.

   Cable car operation is subject to weather, maintenance and technical conditions.

8. Late Afternoon

   Brief Turkish Delight stop.

   Before leaving Bursa, make a short stop at a local Turkish Delight shop. The stop is kept brief so the day remains focused on sightseeing and history.

    Cumalikizik Village - the rural side of the Ottoman foundation

    Cumalikizik is not an open-air reconstruction but a living village whose historic street pattern, traditional houses and rural character help explain how early Ottoman Bursa functioned beyond its city walls. Together with Bursa's historic core, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2014 as part of 'Bursa and Cumalikizik: the Birth of the Ottoman Empire.' The village's stone lanes, projecting upper floors, timber frames and colorful facades make it one of the most photogenic stops of the day, but its real value is historical: it shows the relationship between the first Ottoman capital and the countryside that supported it.

    Tophane, Osman Gazi & Orhan Gazi Tombs - where the dynasty's story becomes personal

    Tophane is the place to connect names from Ottoman history with the city they shaped. Osman Gazi is remembered as the founder of the dynasty, while Orhan Gazi captured Bursa in 1326 and developed it as an early Ottoman capital. Their tombs stand opposite one another in a landscaped historic precinct above the city. The present mausoleums reflect later reconstruction after the destructive nineteenth-century earthquake, yet the site remains one of Bursa's strongest places for understanding dynastic memory, continuity and the symbolic importance of the first Ottoman rulers.

    Bursa Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami) - twenty domes and monumental calligraphy

    Ulu Cami was built under Sultan Bayezid I between 1396 and 1400 and is one of the landmark achievements of early Ottoman religious architecture. Instead of a single dominant central dome, its roof is formed by twenty domes carried on twelve massive piers. Inside, the spacious hall is distinguished by large calligraphic compositions and the unusual fountain beneath the central glazed section. Even travelers who have already visited Istanbul's imperial mosques find Ulu Cami visually different because it represents an earlier architectural language.

    Koza Han - Bursa's silk history without turning the tour into a shopping trip

    Koza Han was commissioned by Sultan Bayezid II in 1490-1491 and became one of the key caravanserais of Bursa's historic commercial district. Silk merchants, travelers and goods moved through spaces like this, linking Bursa to long-distance trade networks. Today its two-story arcades and central courtyard remain active, but on this tour Koza Han is presented first as a historic monument. You have time to look at the architecture, understand the role of silk in Bursa's economy and take photographs; buying anything is entirely your choice.

    Uludag & round-trip cable car - the scenic finale is included

    Uludag rises immediately behind Bursa and forms the natural backdrop to the city's history. The cable car gives a completely different perspective on the landscape, lifting visitors over forested slopes toward the mountain. Because the round-trip ticket is included, you do not need to calculate an extra charge on the day. The mountain section is intentionally placed as a scenic complement to the historic program rather than the main purpose of the tour.

    Return to Istanbul and hotel drop-off.

    After the final Bursa stop, depart for Istanbul. Arrival at central Istanbul hotels is generally around 22:00, although traffic, weather and operating conditions can make the return earlier or later.
