If your country is eligible for an e-Visa, you will receive it via email immediately after approval.

For citizens of countries not eligible for the e-Visa system, you may need to apply through the nearest Turkish embassy or consulate.

Do I have to pay the full amount?

You can pay the deposit amount online, and the remaining balance will be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

If you prefer to pay your balance by credit card instead of cash, please note that a 10% additional bank commission will apply.

How can I pay for the tour?

On the tour detail page, simply fill out the required information such as number of participants, tour start date, and other details.

After completing the form, you can choose to pay either a deposit or the full amount securely with your VISA or MasterCard.
Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted at this time.

I am a solo traveler. Do I share a room with others?

No, we do not provide shared rooms for solo travelers in our tour packages.
You will stay in a private single room. An additional single supplement will apply, as clearly stated during the booking process on our website.

Is there any discount for children?

Yes, we offer special discounts for children depending on their age and the selected tour.
Please enter the number of children when booking, and any applicable discounts will be automatically calculated.

Can we upgrade our hotels if we do not want to stay in the ones listed in the package?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your hotel by choosing from our available categories such as
Standard, Middle Class, or High Class on the tour page. If your preferred hotel is available, we will book it for you.
If not, we’ll reserve a similar quality hotel from our list based on availability.

Can we book our own hotels?

Yes, you can choose to book your own accommodation. Simply click the
“I’ll book my own hotel” option on the tour page, and the tour price will be updated to reflect a package without hotel accommodation.

What are the departure dates of your tour packages?

Our tours depart daily unless otherwise noted.
You can select your desired start date using the booking form, and we will organize your tour accordingly.

What kind of vehicles do you use for your tours?

We use modern, non-smoking, and fully air-conditioned touristic vehicles such as Mercedes, Volkswagen, Isuzu, and Otokar to ensure a comfortable journey.
Some tour packages may also include local intercity buses for long-distance transfers. For these, we only work with trusted and reputable bus companies.

Are the domestic flight tickets included?

It depends on the tour package you select. Most of our packages include domestic flights, but we recommend checking the “What’s Included” and “What’s Excluded” sections on the tour page before booking.

Are international flights included in your package?

No, international flight tickets are not included in our tour packages. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Turkey.

Is it possible to choose our own start and end dates for the tour?

Yes, our tours depart daily unless otherwise noted in the package details. You are free to select your preferred starting date based on your travel schedule.

Do your tours stop at shopping stores?

Our regular group tours may stop at selected local shops such as carpet stores, leather shops, or jewelry stores that showcase traditional Turkish craftsmanship. There is absolutely no obligation to buy. These stops are often educational.
If you book a private tour, we do not include any shopping stops unless you specifically request them.

How do we meet the tour staff at the airport?

After your arrival, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport holding a sign with your name or our company logo. You will then be transferred directly to your hotel.

Who will pick us up from our hotel?

One of our professional drivers or staff members will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and take you to the tour starting point or airport.

Do we need to carry our passport during the tour?

If your itinerary includes flights or bus connections between cities, you must carry your original passport.
For city tours, it is not mandatory, but we recommend carrying a copy of your passport just in case.

Do we check in to our flights on our own?

Yes. If your tour includes domestic flights, our driver will take you to the airport.
You will check in on your own, and we will provide your electronic flight tickets after your booking confirmation.

How many people are there in the group tours?

Group sizes may vary depending on the day and the season. In general, our group tours include between 8 and 15 participants.

Do your tour guides have licenses and speak English?

We are not responsible for forgotten valuables or personal items. However, if you notify us immediately, we will do our best to locate and return the item to you, depending on the circumstances.

The most popular location for hot air balloon flights in Turkey is Cappadocia. Flights typically take off from valleys around Göreme, Uçhisar, Ortahisar, and Avanos, offering breathtaking views of fairy chimneys, cave houses, and lunar landscapes.

What time do balloon flights start?

Hot air balloon flights usually start just before sunrise, around 04:30–05:30 AM, depending on the season. Early morning flights offer the best weather conditions and lighting for photography.

How long does the flight last?

The flight itself lasts approximately 60 minutes. With hotel transfers, safety briefing, and celebration after landing, the total experience takes about 3 to 4 hours.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Yes, round-trip hotel transfers from Cappadocia accommodations are included in all balloon tour packages.

Is it safe to fly in a hot air balloon?
