Tuna, We just arrived back home from the Turkey tour provided by you. Only Emerson is continuing travel in Europe. I want to compliment the very good coordination among tours, guides, hotels, internal flights, and drivers to make smooth transfers in different cities, and the quality of the guides that were included. Thank you very much. We loved Turkey.

I and my wife visited Turkey in early June 2021. An old friend recommended that we contact Erkan at Toursce Turkey to help plan our tour program. He did an amazing job with planning a totally customized tour package including Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Fethiye, and Antalya over 10 days. He arranged tours, transports and booked wonderful hotels for us. In addition, he worked with us in arranging private day tours in Ephesus and Cappadocia, both of which were wonderful. He was extremely responsive, and he went out of his way to ensure that our trip was perfect. I highly recommend Erkan and the Toursce Turkey.

They managed the crisis perfectly. My partner, son, and I intended to conduct a two-week private tour of Turkey. Our tour booking process was excellent, and the Toursce provided excellent flexibility in trying to achieve our desired trip in Turkey. I particularly liked how our point of contact, Erkan, always provided me with multiple options in which to make a decision and also provided me with additional information and sources to enhance my decision-making. The payment process was also very easy and we were set for the trip of a lifetime. Unhappily, with covid19 travel restrictions, our trip was not possible. Erkan routinely informed of updates from Turkey and provided me early indications about the effects on our planned vacation. When the situation deteriorated further, Erkan also provided excellent service and provided options for delaying or canceling the trip. Our travel consultant, Erkan, outlined the financial implications appropriately, and always kept me informed. Overall, we canceled our vacation. However, when we plan to return to Turkey in the future, we will use the Toursce travel team. We were very impressed with their flexibility and service in a time of crisis.
