Although there was a problem with a delayed international flight, luckily the problem was solved in a good way, and we were able to catch the flight to Kayseri on time because it was delayed as well 🙂 Toursce is a travel agency specializing in small group and private tours in Turkey. We had a wonderful experience in their guided tours in the area. During the daily tours, their tour guide would receive information from their office regarding the situation of sites we were going to visit; if it was too crowded, he would guide us to the next site in the program, and come back later when it became less crowded. Both of the tours, the North and South Cappadocia tours are very interesting. The air balloon tour over the unique landscape of Cappadocia was one of the most memorable experiences we have had. Amazing experience and very good organized tours. Everyone in the travel team was so helpful, kind, and made all the necessary accommodations even with all the Covid restrictions the tour was a success. As a solo female traveler, I was really a little jumpy but since leaving from Istanbul to Cappadocia and back everything was smooth, the daily trips were exceptional and I felt safe the whole travel time. Besides they were very helpful even after the organized tour package finished and recommended things to do in Istanbul city. Was amazing!!!!! Date, time, coordination, the hot air balloon pilot, view, everything was impeccable and totally recommended for everybody. The hot air balloon flight was one of the best experiences of our lives.

I found Toursce on the internet and dealt with Mr. Erkan. He was very responsive to all my questions and prompt in his sending of information. He arranged our two days Cappadocia Tour and Ballooning for 5 of us. He had a selection of several hotels with websites provided by the agency. His pricing for our tour was much more affordable than it would have been having I planned it through my travel agent in the USA. I would say our hot air balloon ride was easily half of what it would have cost arranging it at home, or even waiting and arranging it in the Cappadocia area. The air balloon ride was the highlight of our journey and we would urge you not to miss it! We were met in the morning at the airport in Cappadocia and taken to a mini-bus service for our tour. In the evening after the tour, we were taken to the hotel and instructed as to the time we would be picked up in the morning by our balloon tour transportation, and then later by our local tour guide/minibus for day 2. After our second day of touring, we were transported back to the airport in Cappadocia and we flew back to home, Istanbul. Mr. Erkan arranged for us to be met at Istanbul Airport in Istanbul and taken to a hotel nearby for an overnight stay as we were flying out the next morning. Everyone was where they were supposed to be at the given times which took much worry out of the journey. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone traveling to Turkey.

I highly recommend Toursce team. The places were so good and the prices were the best we found. Transportation was always on time and perfectly clean. The tour guides are always nice. Our travel agent, Tuna was always very helpful. The places we visited were superb. The hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia got canceled because of weather conditions 🙁 (for our life security), so If you plan to go to Cappadocia try to stay two nights and three days that way if the weather is not good one day, you have the chance to go next day. We did not have any problem with the refund of the air balloon fee. I fell in love with Turkey.
